PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Meet and/or exceed the departmental budgeted expectations, in production and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses and work permits.
- Define responsibilities of the Field Marketing teams.
- Schedule tours for maximum efficiency.
- Build, develop and manage an engaged team with a HEART attitude and living our core values of Integrity, Leadership, Innovation and Growth.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs.
- Establish service quality standards based on internal customer requirements.
- Identify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achieved.
- Develop and sponsor initiatives that foster open communication.
- Employees must ensure they comply with Accor Vacation Club’ Occupational Health and Safety Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by Accor Vacation Club.
- Employees must not willfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
- Display a HEART service to all internal and external parties.
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Proven extensive management experience.
- Fluent in English and good communication skills.
- Community Marketing Program and In House experience, including direct selling, and track record of results.
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as guidelines, instructions and manuals.
- Ability to draft process manuals and adhoc reports and correspondence.
- Absolute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn Company specific systems.
- Problem solving skills, patience and good listening skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to assist guests and co-workers in a professional, helpful, and positive manner.
- Possesses productive, energetic and self-motivated attributes.
- Strong personal values regarding customer service, delivering on the promise and integrity.
- Ability to recognize financial trends and to implement plans to enhance profitability.
- Presents oneself as a professional role model.
