          Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida.  As an Employer Brand Intern you will have a unique opportunity to use your marketing skills to elevate the Travel and Leisure brand.  You’ll use your social media, writing, and digital skills to support strategies that attract, engage and retain top talent.  You will play a role in supporting HR and Employer Brand initiatives, offering assistance across multiple functions within the department.  You will assist the Employer Brand Team in developing, implementing and measuring innovative talent attraction and brand strategies to build our candidate pipelines and employer brand awareness.  Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow by partnering with experts on our Consumer Brand, Digital, Social Media, and Communications teams.

          In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship.  We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training.  Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

          How You'll Shine

          • Collaborate with the team to devise and implement employer branding strategies
          • Write compelling social media copy and create accompanying graphic design elements
          • Assist in developing content on our career website, landing pages, and marketing collateral
          • Collaborate on photo and video shoots
          • Develop engaging content for digital advertising campaigns
          • Draw meaningful insights from website and campaign analytics and translate them into action plans
          • Audit recruitment marketing collateral to ensure adherence to corporate identity and branding standards
          • Manage recruiting materials needed for hiring events and campaign
          • Monitor social media activity on employment related websites
          • Ad Hoc requests and other duties as needed

          What You'll Bring

          • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or journalism
          • Verbal and written communication skills
          • Ability to ask good questions and think strategically
          • Proven track record of exceptional performance
          • Strong attention to detail
          • Must be organized and able to multi-task
          • Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness
          • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong relationship building and partnering skills
          • Effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
          • Proficient in Microsoft products, excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
          • Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida
          • Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
