The Director, Club Growth oversees the comprehensive marketing strategy, execution, and operationalization of our Sports Illustrated Resorts Vacation Club corporate and field vendor marketing initiatives including the ongoing optimization of the company’s strategic partnership with Sports Illustrated Resorts. This role will ensure the seamless negotiation and implementation of vendor and partnership agreements, and the development of all marketing assets, materials and package sales to support growth strategy as well as project management. 

How You'll Shine:

  • Provide collaboration for prospecting and digital marketing efforts and with Brand Digital teams to bring ideas to execution.
  • Develop and distribute lead generation marketing through package sales and other innovative technology forward lead generation methods.
  • Lead the development of branded marketing assets, collateral, scripting, and fulfillment materials for locations, as well as partnering with third party vendor operations.
  • Planning and executing of strategic priorities to grow the Sports Illustrated brand by optimizing internal and external partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, accounting and inventory departments to streamline operations and analyze results compared to growth expectations.
  • Lead the execution plans for all new acquisitions, openings and current partnerships.
  • Provide reporting on performance, using consistent KPIs from package sales, tour generation and lead generation marketing efforts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or tenured experience in operations.
  • Strong understanding of timeshare industry, products, and clubs and how to attract new prospects to the product.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a diverse team of professionals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendor and partnership marketing agreements.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with all levels including executive leadership of internal and external organizations.
  • The ability to build strong customer relationships both internally and externally.
  • Significant hospitality industry experience with a mix of experience from Accounting, IT, Sales and/or Marketing roles.
  • Experience in Project management and leadership roles preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio & Outlook
  • Experience with Journey and Journey Offers preferred,
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or project management with a focus on building and growing partnerships.
