We’re now seeking a Director, Refurbishments & Projects to lead the transformation of our resort portfolio and corporate spaces across the Asia Pacific region.
 

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving refurbishment strategy, managing capital projects, and leading procurement excellence across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring our properties consistently meet brand standards while delivering outstanding experiences for our members and guests.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive refurbishment strategy aligned to brand standards and business priorities

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery across resorts and corporate offices, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved

  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Design, and senior leadership to prioritise capital investment and refurbishment pipelines

  • Drive procurement strategy across all departments, ensuring best value, supplier performance, and policy compliance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

  • Oversee asset and property management across Australia, New Zealand, and Bali

  • Champion sustainability initiatives, including eco-design and Planet 21 programs

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across projects, facilities, and technical services

  • Ensure compliance with WH&S, regulatory, and environmental standards
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in construction, refurbishment, or property development environments

  • Strong project management capability across large-scale, multi-site portfolios

  • Experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management

  • Commercial acumen with strong budgeting and financial oversight skills

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience within hospitality, timeshare, or mixed-use development environments (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline

  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required
