How You’ll Shine

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be at the heart of our customer experience—managing escalations, resolving complex concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care and excellence.

You will:

  • Manage escalated complaints through our Internal Dispute Resolution process with professionalism and empathy

  • Investigate customer concerns thoroughly to deliver accurate, fair, and timely resolutions

  • Partner with internal teams to drive strong customer recovery and engagement outcomes

  • Communicate policies, product details, and resolutions clearly across multiple channels

  • Create personalized, memorable experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty

  • You have to be amenable to work on-site in our Clark, Pampanga PH site

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a confident communicator and problem-solver who thrives in managing complex customer interactions.

  • Tertiary qualification (degree or equivalent)

  • At least 2 years’ customer service experience, with exposure to complex complaints and conflict resolution

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and active listening

  • Relationship-building ability — able to quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders

  • Negotiation & influencing skills — confident in sensitive or high-impact situations

  • Problem-solving mindset — able to identify solutions and overcome challenges

  • Sound judgement — capable of working independently while following direction

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability

  • Ability to explain and apply policies clearly in both verbal and written formats
