The Brand Strategy group has an opening for a Brand Manager. As the Brand Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our brand vision and strategy for the flagship Club Wyndham and WorldMark brands. A passionate and collaborative thinker, you'll spearhead the day-to-day implementation of brand marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our objectives. Armed with superior communication and organizational skills, you'll adeptly manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, serving as the liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners, including Margaritaville Enterprises, to meet project deadlines and creative needs.
This role will be focused on enhancing the brand's impact, resonance, and performance in the market.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, support, and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals, vision and objectives.
Develop positive relationships and collaborate closely with Wyndham Hotels counterparts and cross-functional teams in creative, operations, marketing, communications, sales and other functions.
Limited travel required. Approximately less than 15% of time. This could include, but not limited to, site visits, production shoots, marketing events, and continuing education opportunities.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Deep knowledge of communications, digital marketing, content creation, marketing, and social media strategies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Keynote, Project Management Tools, Zoom
