We are looking for an energetic, hands on and results driven Senior Marketing Manager (CMP/OPC) that will play a critical role in Branson. Your exceptional business acumen, strong strategic planning and analytical skills are highly desirable, and an in-depth knowledge of Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Sales & Marketing is a must. A solid background in leading a team is essential.

Position Responsibilities:

•Must manage team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling

•Motivate, train, oversee marketers and deliver supplies.

•Resolve Guest Issues, complaints

•Weekly and Monthly scheduling

•Tour reception and sales/marketing liaison

•Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring Marketers and Greeters

•Training -new hire and on-going

•Performance management

•Annual and monthly and yearly Marketer reviews

•Attendance record keeping

•Comply with Human Resource and company policies

•Good Communication skills, previous supervisory experience

•History of reliability, dependability and effective follow through

•2 years management or supervisory and 2 years timeshare experience required

•Prior Wyndham experience highly preferred

•Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

•Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word (Microsoft Office)
