The Vacation Package Sales Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, training and motivating Community Marketing Associates.  The main objective is to increase the site's production of tours and meet or exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG requirements. Responsible for Face-to-Face package sales budget as well as FTF tour budgeted tour flow.

How You'll Shine

* Recruit, hire and train CMP professionals
* Oversee daily operations of CMP programs to meet budgeted tour flow.
* Establish an ongoing training plan to implement integrity and enthusiasm in the CMP department.
* Monitor and report performance of marketing at the site level, taking corrective action as required

What You'll Bring

•Good Communication skills, previous supervisory experience

•History of reliability, dependability and effective follow through

•2 years management or supervisory and 2 years timeshare experience required

•Prior Wyndham experience highly preferred

•Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

•Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word (Microsoft Office)

Compensation

Generally starting at $68,640 - $68,640 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
