The Specialist, Digital Production will be responsible for supporting the 20+ Global Rental Operations consumer-facing websites as it relates to content management, image updates, QA reviews and validation. This position will also be responsible for posting promotional offers and building promotional landing pages in support of marketing campaigns.

This position requires a collaborative, detail-oriented and self-motivated person who can manage multiple tasks and projects. He/she will utilize the company’s image library: Adobe DAM, and LUCID Content Manager from Leonardo Worldwide for asset distribution. This role requires experience and familiarity with best practices related to web-based content management systems, HTML, Web UI/UX, and working across multiple platforms and with different teams to accomplish the business goals.

How You'll Shine:

  • Coordinate and update content across multiple websites as needed. Publish promotional offers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis which could include building promotional landing pages in the CMS, updating digital assets across websites, organizing, resizing, and uploading images to the asset distribution network and other platforms as needed.

  • Conducting site audits, doing tech validations which may require periodically working nights including overnight and other technical troubleshooting.

  • Develops and implements operational plans of action (e.g. working with the Web Developer to plan & build-out new websites) to maximize overall effectiveness and productivity.

  • Provides accurate and timely communication and planning with all internal/external partners to assure alignment of services and expectations for programs.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel for business is required (Less than 10%)

What You'll Bring:

  • High school or GED required

  • Four year college Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, Hospitality; or equivalent experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail, self-motivation, sound judgment, and critical thinking abilities

  • Team collaboration and results oriented

  • Possess the ability to learn quickly and apply new information; adaptable to change

  • Consistent ability to exercise excellent judgment when making decisions

  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and customers

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with team and appropriate internal contacts.

  • Comfortable managing in an environment of ambiguity

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) and call center systems desired

  • Two+ years of experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)

  • Two+ years of Photoshop experience working with images

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS

  • Prior experience working within a web production/development area as a content creator, designer or in QA.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
