Wyndham Destinations (NYSE:WYND), the world’s largest vacation ownership and exchange company, is honored to be recognized once again by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) as a Best Corporation for Veteran’s Business Enterprises for 2020, for their efforts towards inclusion of Veteran-Owned and/or Service Disabled suppliers.
The companies recognized as the 2020 Best Corporations for Veteran’s Business Enterprises successfully display a commitment to working with veterans with policies and outreach programs that engage the nation’s certified Veteran’s and Service-Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprises as suppliers. NaVOBA also explores procurement infrastructure, allocation of assets, the existence of development programs and any supplemental actions the company may have taken to improve its relationship with Veteran’s Business Enterprises® and/or Service-Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprises®.
Wyndham Destinations was also recognized by Forbes magazine as a Best Employer for Veterans in 2020. For companies in the annual ranking, emphasis was placed on recruiting of Veterans and service members, company culture, policies, and reservist accommodations.
