• Stay current with all information regarding departmental processes and procedures for performance and servicing of all customers based on individual Category requirements.

• Adhere to company script requirements on all surveys.

• Take all breaks in compliance with the WHG Department break procedures when leaving the floor for ANY reason. Agent will use system status outlined by leadership for all breaks including lunch.

• Report to your workstation and log into all applicable systems, ready to receive/place calls at the beginning of their scheduled shift and for the duration of their shift, unless otherwise approved by management. Agents must report to their workstations and login within 2 minutes of clocking in.

• Take all breaks at the pre-scheduled time and in compliance with the WHG Department break procedures when leaving the floor for ANY reason. Agent will use system status outlined by leadership for all breaks including lunch.

• Monitor your hours daily. Ensure your timesheet is submitted via the contractor portal in a timely manner.

• Agents must maintain a minimum gross transfer percentage of 20%.

• Accurately enter survey answers in the applicable system.

• Performance will be assessed weekly.
