• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat and email platforms

• Provide product recommendations and handle complex customer queries with ease.

• Leverage knowledge of the company's products and services to provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

• Identify trends in customer inquiries and communicate these trends to the appropriate departments.

• Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.

• Act as a mentor to junior chat support agents and provide guidance and support as needed.

• Provide recommendations to improve SLA, abandon and conversion rates

• Monitor chats, and other member interactions to evaluate the quality of service provided by C2C Guide

• Identify areas of improvement in agent performance and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
