1. Duties & Responsibilities - Briefly describe the major duties, responsibilities and essential functions of the job and the % of work time spent on each:

Birchstreet and Non-Birchstreet invoices 30%
- Reviewing entered details from online invoicing system on transmittal.

- Entering supplier invoices and ensuring they are correctly coded, stamped, have purchase orders attached and are posted to the correct period.

Payment Run 20%

- Preparing and processing weekly payment run (within agreed schedules or as required) with correct sign off authority.
- Transmit electronic funds transfer payments to the bank.

- Prepares Bpays and electronic cheque payments.

Mailbox Management 20%

- Monitoring of multiple mailboxes on a daily basis for Accounts payable and Club Wyndham Accounts Payable.
- Effective communication between suppliers, sales & administration staff, management and accounting staff.

Concur 10%

- Review of credit card/expense statements submitted and processing into the system.

Other AP Tasks 20%

- Regular reconciliation of supplier statements

- Maintenance of supplier master files and a neat and accurate filing system.

- Journals and correcting entries when required in the general ledger of all companies

Total 40 hours/week 100%
