Responsibilities

Working within a dynamic team you will be providing support to our Consumer Finance team, where your daily duties will include:

• Ensure that cash, banking and reconciling functions are processed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
• Action and resolve disputes in a diplomatic and professional manner
• Investigate and resolve issues that arise from data maintenance
• Provide assistance on projects relating to Cash Management or Consumer Finance team
• Provide a superior level of customer service to our customers

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Previous experience in similar leadership role or equivalent experience in banking and accounting
• Proficient understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under NCCP, AML, Privacy Act Australia and New Zealand (Privacy) and Debt Collections
• Ability to complete high work volume while ensuring accuracy and high-quality work.
• Strong knowledge of cash allocation, daily balancing and currency conversion
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Work and Outlook
