PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to:):

  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and provide recommendations for training and development.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to enhance sales performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with supervisor and representatives to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and trends in sales quality.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to agents to improve their performance and adherence to Call Transfer policies.
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy in sales processes and guest interactions.
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of quality in sales operations.
  • Implementing best practices and quality standards to optimize sales processes and drive continuous improvement.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes: The candidate should have a deep knowledge of sales operations, strategies, and best practices to effectively evaluate and improve sales performance.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights from sales metrics is essential for assessing quality and driving improvements in sales processes.
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in identifying discrepancies, errors, and areas for improvement in sales interactions and processes.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication skills are necessary for providing feedback, coaching, and guidance to Call Transfer agents, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance initiatives.
  • Problem-solving abilities: The candidate should be able to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and enhance sales performance.
  • Compliance knowledge: A strong understanding of company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards is important for ensuring adherence to guidelines and maintaining compliance in sales operations.
  • Team player: The ability to work collaboratively with Call transfer managers, representatives is essential for driving quality improvements and achieving sales objectives.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using sales tools, quality assurance software is beneficial for effectively monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing sales processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: A commitment to ongoing learning, development, and innovation is important for driving continuous improvement in sales quality assurance practices.
