• This position is responsible for the strategy, planning, sourcing, execution, financial management, measurement and analysis of Travel marketing campaigns and initiatives and associated deliverables to drive Travel sales.
• The position is also responsible for providing dedicated support for the Travel and Owner Services teams.
• The individual will also be responsible for reviewing campaign details, analyzing results, making recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness, and implementing the same.
• He/she will also be responsible for supporting group cruise process and bookings.
• This role is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to determine and execute actions necessary to achieve stated objectives.
• He/she will have a direct impact on content, timelines, accuracy, alignment, engagement, and positioning for 900,000+ Wyndham Vacation Ownership members.

Training requirements

• Experience with GDS
• 1 year of WBW or CW experience

• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Knowledge and comprehension of airline tariffs, regulations and policies
• Strong knowledge of travel agency procedures
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservation system and computer programs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Ability to speak languages in addition to English preferred, but not required
• Strong vendor knowledge

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Apollo/Travelport+ (or similar GDS experience) computer reservations system.
• Excellent knowledge of CW resorts, CW  Program Rules and CW internal reservation system (internal candidates), including Travel Agency processes and procedures
• Skilled at using a PC, and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications, including virtual environments and call center software

Job experience

• Travel Agency experience is required
• Minimum 2+ years of Travel industry experience (external).
