We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Social Marketing Specialist to lead the development, optimization, and oversight of high-impact social media strategies that align with business objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of social analytics, content planning, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. As a Senior Specialist, you will build and shape full-funnel social marketing plans, influence creative content development, and make proactive, insight-driven recommendations to optimize results. While you won’t directly execute every post or campaign, you will work closely with social execution teams, creative teams, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless delivery across channels. Your expertise will be critical in driving social efficiencies, amplifying brand voice, and contributing to long-term business growth.
How You'll Shine:
Social Strategy Development: Build and optimize multi-platform organic and paid social strategies based on business goals, audience insights, and content trends.
Campaign Planning and Coordination: Plan, brief, and coordinate social campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, paid media, influencer, PR, and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all social touchpoints.
Performance Measurement and Optimization: Analyze channel performance, report on KPIs, and make real-time recommendations to optimize creative, spend, and targeting.
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel (up to 10%), primarily for major campaign shoots, events, or team meetings.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital campaign strategy, or a related marketing role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Advanced expertise in social media strategy development and integrated social campaign planning.
Strong ability to analyze platform insights and turn social performance data into actionable recommendations.
Deep understanding of social media channel best practices, audience segmentation, and trend forecasting.
Expertise in social-first paid media strategies, influencer collaborations, and UGC (User-Generated Content) programs.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of how social media integrates into the full marketing ecosystem.
Trend-savvy with a strong pulse on emerging platforms, creators, memes, and social culture.
Expertise in community management principles and crisis communications protocols.
Advanced proficiency in social analytics platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or native platform tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Working knowledge of paid social campaign management.
Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Proven track record managing and optimizing multi-channel social media programs.
Experience collaborating with creative, influencer, and paid media teams.
Experience with both organic and paid social strategies and execution.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
