PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
At our core, we strive to Put the World on Vacation. As the Partnership Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life by developing strategic collaborations, delivering impactful marketing campaigns, and driving successful travel events. This role covers Indonesia and Malaysia.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

Partnership Development:
- Prospect and engage with potential partners to build a robust pipeline of opportunities within the market or geographic area.
- Initiate and foster relationships by growing, maintaining, and leveraging networks.
- Present and educate potential and existing partners on the company’s products and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to drive guest acquisition.
- Identify other means of acquiring leads such as database purchase, aggregator, affiliates

Strategic Collaboration & Partnership Marketing Campaigns:
- Produce multifaceted, effective, and efficient partnership marketing campaigns that are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Proactively offer solutions and recommendations to internal stakeholders for their marketing and campaign needs.
- Act as a liaison between internal customers, stakeholders, and allied service departments to ensure clear and effective communication.

Commercial & Event Management:
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead the planning and coordination of partner travel fairs and events in Philippines.
- Manage communication efforts with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Research and keep up to date with potential external fair/event that are highly-relevant to our product and target group

Market Insights & Networking:
- Attend industry events and functions to represent the company, gather insights, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with external promotional companies to identify and source new marketing opportunities.
- Undertake proactive networking to identify and expand opportunities for service delivery.

Team leadership:
- Lead and manage in-country partnership teams, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Set performance goals and regularly review progress with team members.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead Generation: Deliver lead targets for partnerships to ensure a robust sales funnel.
- Conversion Goals: Drive successful conversion rates from leads to support overall revenue goals.
- Revenue Contribution: Collaborate with partners to achieve measurable revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Deliver on-time, on-brief, and on-budget campaigns that meet or exceed engagement and conversion metrics.
- Event Success: Execute travel events and fairs that achieve participation, lead generation, and satisfaction targets.
- Partner Retention: Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring year-over-year growth and renewal of agreements.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or event management ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiating and managing commercial agreements.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Insight into market trends and an innovative approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to travel domestically/ internationally when required.
