MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forecasting

• Prepare & review detailed forecasts for Revenues, Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures etc. for the APAC region.
• Assisting in the monthly forecast submissions for EMEA API region.

Month End Activities

• Support the Regional FP&A Lead on ad-hoc month-end close reporting tasks.
• Assisting in preparing monthly P&L variances, analysing variances, supporting actual review calls, etc.
• Assisting in submission of month end data such as statistics etc.

Reporting

• Preparing Reports, P&L’s, detailed Revenue/Cost schedules.
• Collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Business Development teams, jointly formulating reports and dashboards for evaluating performance etc.

Analysis

• Preparing ad-hoc analysis for supporting business operations and management decisions.
• Review and analysis of other financial data as required from time to time.

Other 

• Participate in Regional and Global Projects such as Long Range Planning, Budget submissions as required.
• Other tasks or projects as required and/or directed.

WORKING EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 5 years relevant FP&A or accounting experience.  Experience in a Multinational Corporation will be an advantage;
• Holds current CPA accreditation;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Able to manage and prioritise time and be committed to meet deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables;
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and have strong analytical capabilities;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision; 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Displays initiative and a positive attitude that would contribute to a harmonious team working environment.
