PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
•Recruitment, training and performance management of the Guest Experience Host teams,•Day to day operations of Guest Experience Host •All activities affecting Guest Experience Host •Month end reporting requirements in accordance with company procedures•Adhere to all company and regulatory requirements with regards to Guest Experience Host Activities.•Meet and/or exceed the departmental budgeted expectations, in production and cost efficiencies•Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses and work permits as required.•Define responsibilities of the Guest Experience Host teams•Responsible for marketing budgeting and cost accounting systems•Schedule guests for maximum efficiency•Build, develop and manage an engaged team with Hospitality with HEART values.•Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs.•Travel to resort and sales locations as required•Establish service quality standards based on internal customer requirements.•Identify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achieved.•Develop and sponsor initiatives that foster open communication.•Consult with appropriate stakeholders to obtain agreement or remove barriers before implementing change.•Any other duties as required and/or directed by management.
