In the digital age, where customer engagement and market expansion are pivotal for success, the Sr. Developer of Digital Growth plays a crucial role in organizational success. This position is designed for a unique blend of creative and technical talent, capable of leveraging the latest in web development and email marketing technologies to craft compelling, data-driven campaigns that captivate and convert.

As part of the Growth Team, you'll be diving deep into the mechanics of user engagement, employing a mix of coding skills, analytical insights, and a keen eye for design to develop strategies that enhance our online presence and foster meaningful interactions with our audience. This role is not just about coding; it's about storytelling and problem-solving through technology, with the goal of driving measurable growth for our brand.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields, information technology, web design, marketing
• Experience in managing requests involving integration with various back-end systems.
• In-depth knowledge of testing and optimization approaches.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, build trust, and achieve high client satisfaction ratings.
• Proficiency in delivering results within tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies, trends, and their business applications.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of the software development process, particularly in the context of web-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational abilities necessary to maintain order in a sizable workload queue.
• Solid foundation and understanding of delivery cycles for applications.
• Solid foundation of GDPR, CAN SPAM and CCPA regulations.
• Deep understanding of testing approaches such as Hold outs, Multivariant, A/B, etc.
• Expert in coding and scripting languages used in the digital arena including but not limited to SQL, Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS Hub, Site Core, WordPress VIP
• Experience in reading and interpreting JSON/AP/JS languages.
• Experience with FTP, debugging tools and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with web analytics or other digital performance platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with front end personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, Google Optimize, AB Tasty, etc.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid) and CRM platforms.
• Experience with (CDN) content delivery networks and caching strategies (Akamai preferred).
• SEO expertise or certifications a plus.
• 5+ years of work experience in a developer role.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
