This Seasonal role includes several different duties. We are looking for someone flexible to perform all in one for a very small Resort. This position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Activities:
Essential Job Functions
Beginning with the most important, or in a logical sequence, describe 5 to 7 major responsibilities of this job. Provide as much detail as necessary to give an accurate, complete outline. Indicate the percentage of total working time spent on each essential responsibility. The total should equal 100%.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide Resorts Activities to Guests. Responsible for creating, planning and executive guest activity programs for the Resort (i.e., arts & crafts, pool games, aerobics movie night, karaoke, outbound trips to local attractions, BBQ, miniature gold, etc.). Monitor, supervise and assist guests while in the Activity Center. Promote and sign up guests for resort activities.
Inventory:
The Inventory Clerk II position is responsible for proper control of all incoming and outgoing inventory for the site, as well as mail, supplies and packages that arrive on site. Additionally, he/she is responsible for all duties surrounding the purchasing and ordering of supplies and materials for the site. He/she will assist in the management of the linen inventory, ensuring accurate product numbers and quality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receives, records and tracks all inventory, mail and supplies that arrives or leaves the site, ensures packages are delivered and recorded appropriately
Maintains inventory control system as directed by company standards DOPs; ensuring inventory is stored and stocked in supply room according to standards; ensures proper process for checking out inventory or supplies is followed; updates all inventory management system changes according to vendor specifications
Bartending:
Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages: Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure orders are taken accurately and completely. Offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering. Serve wine, draught and bottle beer. Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Collects payment for drinks served. Prepares bar area and supplies to ensure a successful shift. Orders or requisitions liquor and supplies. May assist in preparation of food orders.
Maintain positive guest, owner and associate relationships: Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Resolve guest issues to resolution in effort to improve the guest experience and escalate any outstanding guest inquiries or concerns to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up. Make appropriate service recovery recommendations. Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments
