To actively contribute to this global company’s vision to put the world on vacation, Travel & Leisure's is looking for a Revenue Analyst (Parental Leave Cover) to come and join our team at our newly renovated Corporate Office on the Gold Coast!   This is a 6 month parental leave coverage from June 2025 until December 2025.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for hotel Revenue Management. This position involves providing assistance with the implementation of revenue and distribution strategies for TNL Group across the South Pacific region. The primary goal of the position is to achieve and exceed where possible the revenue targets as budgeted for each property, with primary emphasis on hotel occupancies & room rate and secondary importance on food, beverage and other revenue streams at each hotel.

• Ability to work with other divisions & managers within the company
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally & in writing
• Exceptional attention to detail
• An understanding of the Hospitality and Property Industries (preferred Hotel experience)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management, organization & presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• A Team player, willing to be flexible in tasks and hours worked as the role and deadlines require.
• Ability to occasionally adjust hours to accommodate meetings with colleagues based in USA
