PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

• Based on member marketing objectives, to support the development and execution of the marketing strategy through social, collaterals, websites and other adhoc campaigns
• Develop the overall concept, design and delivery of Member Marketing program campaigns including eDMs, wesbites, ads, print collateral (magazines, resort directories, brochures) including translations vetting coordination and legal approval.
• Support projects for website and mobile app including maintenance
• Support visibility of the website through SEO strategy, implement content audits for website to ensure accuracy and best practices are implemented
• Develop the social strategy for Club Facebook, IG, TikTok, and YouTube accounts as well as creating content, scheduling and posting
• Develop Line/WA broadcast content & schedule and liaise with Member Services for posting
• Copywriting for owned platforms and owner communications
• Tracking and analysis of marketing programmes, impact to business
• Ensure brand guidelines are met with attention to detail.
• Develop and execute innovative programs and strategies through collaboration with business units in field to support marketing strategy and drive business plans
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the Business Units
• Carry out other administrative functions as required including periodical & adhoc reports, including month end and KPI reporting
• Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products. 
• Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
• Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties. 
• Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise. 
• Ensure effective communication and mutual respect of peers and managers.  Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of solid marketing experience
• Creative thinker with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing and well versed in website and marketing tools such as Wordpress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Semrush, Meta and Google ads, etc.
• Strong decision making skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation
• Sound analysis, research evaluation and advisory skills, combined with creative problem solving skills and conceptual skills for developing successful solutions and making recommendations
• High level time-management, communication, facilitation, consultation and negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with key staff al all levels
• Must be highly motivated and pro-active
• A strong eye for detail and accuracy with a good concept of the overall bigger scope
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace environment, under pressure and cope with stressful circumstances
