WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic and innovative, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. We need a leader who is willing to put their best foot forward leading the team in a hands-on approach.  This leader of the kitchen will not only have the personality to reflect the unique and welcoming feel of Elements, but also the drive to build the food and beverage operations, creating the Club Wyndham culture of service with all the personal touches our hotel guests deserve.

The qualified candidate must have a strong proven track record as a Chef and have experience delivering innovative customer service through food.  The ability to recruit, train and continually develop a team, whilst maintaining a strong focus on financial performance is critical to the role.
