The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for leveraging financial, systems and analytical proficiencies to create financial models, systems, and processes to support the in-depth consolidation, analysis, and financial / cash flow reporting of all aspects of Travel + Leisure Co. business models. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

• Process re-engineering for cash flow forecasting, modeling, and consolidation for all segments within Travel + Leisure Co.

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify and implement system solutions to gain processing efficiencies. Re-engineer the Travel + Leisure Co. consolidation forecasting process to maximize efficiencies and create/implement solutions to minimize non value added efforts.

• Streamline, create opportunities for automation and process improve the consolidation of the Long Range Plan (LRP) business model.  Develop tools to allow for executive dashboards and summary reporting.

• Additional duties as assigned / needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required

• MBA, CPA, CMA, CFM, or other professional certification desirable but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, while focusing and executing tactically to ensure successful and timely outcomes.

• Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as sound general financial management practices.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish and maintain value added relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines.

• Ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance.

• The ability to work as a business partner is critical.

• Demonstrated presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Solid business acumen and judgment.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.

• Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities in an efficient/timely manner, including effective delegation.

• Advance level with Excel.

• Experience with Peoplesoft desired, but not required.

• Experience with Hyperion &/or Oracle desired, but not required.

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity, with particular expertise in financial planning and analysis in a forward thinking rapidly expanding environment.

• 3+ years’ experience in management of a related financial/accounting function

• Timeshare industry experience desired, but not required.
