The Financial Analyst will leverage financial, systems and analytical proficiency to prepare monthly reporting, supporting schedules and compliance documents in support of the company’s securitization program and $2B in debt facilities. This position is remote, but will need to reside in the Las Vegas, NV area.
How You'll Shine:
- Prepare servicer reports and supporting documentation for approximately 15 debt facilities on-time and with a high degree of accuracy
- Pull monthly financial and statistical data utilizing multiple sources including Peoplesoft, Hyperion Financial Management, a query tool, Excel, and collaboration with other departments
- Manage approximately $50M in securitization wire requests per month
- Research and respond to internal and external audit requests
- Support recurring monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deliverables
- Ad hoc analysis and research as requested for WCF and Travel and Leisure Financial Management groups
- Performs other duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field required
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and drive for results
- Independent self-starter with the ability to source large sets of data and make appropriate recommendations
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines while incorporating work style with team objectives
- Detail oriented, well organized and able to prioritize and work on competing projects
- Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
- Decision-minded, capable of providing management with clear paths to optimal results
- Actively informs management of sub-optimal practices wherever observed and takes action to correct issues
- Experience in the timeshare industry is a plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge required for driver-based modeling, ad hoc analysis, report creation and report distribution. Proven history of leveraging complex Excel functions to streamline and improve existing processes
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Essbase, SharePoint, OBIEE and/or Tableau is a plus
- 1+ years financial planning & analysis and forecasting experience required
