We are currently seeking an energetic, proven and results-driven Project Director for our dynamic Phillip Island Sales Team. This is a unique opportunity to show outstanding results and leadership. You will lead the team by initiating key sales strategies to ensure sustained development and growth of this site

How You'll Shine

• Ensure the sales management team provides a positive interface with all on-site and corporate departments and actively supports the Developer Representative’s recommendations
• Utilise sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site profitability
• Ensure currency of required permits, licenses certifications etc. to enable sales operations
• High level application and focus to drive sales (using sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale)
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs

What You'll Bring

• You will have previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background with experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team.
• You will have successful proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing the deal.
• Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
