We’re seeking a passionate and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and events. You’ll lead a dynamic and talented team across food and beverage service and kitchen operations, driving excellence, profitability, and innovation at every turn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead all aspects of food and beverage service across multiple outlets with a focus on operational excellence and strategic direction.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate, cost, and execute exciting culinary offerings and menus.

• Curate vibrant themed dining experiences, promotions, and events to elevate guest satisfaction and resort revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, suppliers, and clients—ensuring repeat business and top-tier service standards.

• Champion event sales efforts through client engagement, site tours, quotations, and post-function follow-ups.

• Act as a brand ambassador on social media, helping to amplify our F&B offerings

• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with our company values.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations, and company OH&S procedures.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitable outcomes in line with operational KPIs.

• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture across F&B and culinary teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience, including 3–5 years at a senior level in a luxury or 5-star resort/hotel environment.

• Proven expertise in managing multi-outlet food and beverage operations with a commercial mindset.

• Experience in event sales and execution, with a talent for guest engagement.

• Strong understanding of industry trends, wines, spirits, and hospitality standards.

• A service-driven leader with excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• An ability to work in a fast paced environment and a hands-on approach that motivates those around you.
