As a Data Analyst Intern with our Customer Experience Team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our understanding of customer feedback and improving our service offerings. You'll be responsible for analyzing guest feedback data to derive actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions and enhance the overall customer experience.

How You’ll Shine

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer feedback data from various sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret findings and implement strategies for improvement.
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data visualisation tools to enhance data accessibility and interpretation.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience with customer feedback analysis or customer experience metrics is a plus.
