Job Description

How You’ll Shine:
The Gift Shop Manager will be responsible for the management of the on-site resort gift shop while maintaining established operational standards to maximize profits. This role will be sourcing and maintaining high quality vendor relationships to ensure guest satisfaction with product offerings.

The Gift Shop Manager will formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for marketing and profitability of outlets operation. This role will oversee the proper coding of all invoices and inventory information when merchandise is received and will also oversee the receipt of orders or guest transactions all while managing a team.

As the Guest Experience Manager you will manage multiple Activities operations, maintain established cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximize profits. The Manager will be leading the Activities staff by motivating, coaching, and providing leadership.  This role will also be responsible for managing all department financials, which includes forecasting and budgeting.  A large part of the role will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing guest activity programs for the resort.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Cash handling experience.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

  • 2 years of convenience store/gift shop experience.

  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
