We are seeking a strategic and analytical Manager of Business Intelligence to serve as the center of excellence for marketing insights and analytics. In this pivotal role, you will lead the efforts to transform complex data into meaningful narratives that inform strategy and directly connect marketing decisions to financial outcomes. As a key partner within the marketing department, you will not only provide robust analytical frameworks but also guide the team in leveraging data to drive smarter, more profitable campaigns and long-term growth initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that our marketing efforts are both data-driven and results-oriented, firmly rooted in a clear understanding of their financial and business impact.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields, data science, analytics, marketing
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement techniques to evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R to manipulate and visualize data effectively.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, digital marketing channels, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to connect marketing initiatives to financial outcomes, demonstrating how campaigns impact revenue, ROI, and overall business growth.
  • Capacity to develop long-term data strategies that align with organizational goals and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategy at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with marketing leadership, finance, product, and sales teams, ensuring cohesive data-driven strategies across the business.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize multiple initiatives, and manage projects to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Advanced use of business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with statistical and analytical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and familiarity with ETL processes.
  • Understanding of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery) and their integration with marketing systems.
  • Ability to design and build dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key marketing performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling for customer segmentation and marketing optimization.
  • Strong grasp of data governance, security best practices, and maintaining data integrity across multiple sources.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a BI, Marketing or Analytics role.


Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
