KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What does this position aim to do?

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have?

• 3+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8+)

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Exposure to front-end technologies like React

• Knowledge of added technologies like Salesforce/Apex and PHP
