How You’ll Shine:
As a Common Area Technician, you’ll maintain a clean and welcoming environment that helps guests relax, whether they’re lounging indoors or enjoying our outdoor amenities.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Maintain and adhere to housekeeping and engineering detail standards. Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens rooms, halls, and lobbies. Make beds. Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries. Deep clean kitchen areas and appliances.

*Preferred experience in specialized cleaning; floor / carpet cleaning using cleaning machines.

• Perform the “RPM” (Room Preventative Maintenance) process as outlined in the Maintenance Departmental Operating
  Procedures.  This includes performing a detailed and in depth inspection of all aspects of the guest room/unit as compared to the Blitz process.  Will perform basic to advanced repairs on all deficiencies found in the interior of the unit to bring the unit back to “like new” condition. 

• Perform basic janitorial work inside the unit and in the common areas of the resort. May perform basic landscaping, basic maintenance to the exterior of the building/common areas and pool/spa maintenance dependent upon location. 

• Performs other duties as needed.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $19.00.
