Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibility #1

Process manual payments daily to include drafting and keying.

Responsibility #3

Process daily adjustments to owner accounts and proactively take steps to prevent similar issues.

Responsibility #4

Process refunded payments.

Responsibility #5

Research, resolve, and respond to internal customer inquiries in a timely manner, including escalated issues that require immediate attention.

Performs other duties as needed

Responsibility #6

Research, analyze, and respond to chargeback items and inquires within Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover time frames to prevent loss potential

Responsibility #7

Process daily adjustments to owner accounts as needed

Knowledge and skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment
• Must possess good time management and organizational skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Deadline conscious with strong drive and initiative

Technical Skills

• Intermediate skills in Excel preferred

• Basic computer skills required in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
