As the Office & Executive Administrator, you’ll manage day-to-day operations at our Bundall office, support new staff onboarding, and provide high-level administrative assistance to the President & Managing Director and Executive team. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting leadership.

How You’ll Shine

• Provide administrative support to the President & Managing Director, including:
• Travel coordination
• Email management
• Expense claim processing
• Meeting minutes and organization
• Drafting and formatting correspondence
• Diary management
• Contribute to new staff onboarding in collaboration with the EA and HR teams
• Support meetings by organizing beverages and catering for the Executive team
• Provide ad-hoc secretarial support for visiting senior leaders or during periods of annual leave for other Executive Assistants
• Assist with office equipment, supplies, and stationery for Executives and the EA team

• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
