This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Motivate, train and manage a team of Sales Representatives out of our beautiful St. George Resort
Create and maintain a positive, fun, winning team culture
Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner
Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions daily
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times and set an example for the sales floor
Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports
Conduct or participate in daily sales morning meetings
Collaborate with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training
Assist in recruiting efforts of future sales associates
May be responsible for group sales presentations
Other duties as assigned
Successful track record of Timeshare Sales experience required
Wyndham Presidents Club highly preferred
Ability to create, motivate and train a winning team
Ability to maintain production standards
Ability to create/maintain positive work environment and culture
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree is preferred.
