The Digital Performance Analyst supports the Digital Analytics & Testing team. The Analyst manages the daily work activities for the Digital Analytics team. Applies expertise across multiple specializations within the job area including Google Analytics and reporting functions. Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to measure the impact of digital marketing vehicles and onsite features and services to drive online conversion and strategic business decisions. Validates metrics, monitor data quality, analyze various forms of data (e.g. raw data, base data, 3rd party data, metrics), provide reports and interpret results. The Analyst will use a/b/n Testing and Personalization tools to develop on-site experiments to improve UX on multiple websites. This is a hybrid role in our Orlando Corporate office. it is Monday - Wednesday in office and Thursday and Friday remote.
How You'll Shine:
- Requirements Development: Works with the Digital Analytics Manager to understand reporting requirements, identifying, transforming and preparing the data for exploratory analyses, and ongoing reporting needs.
- Data Exploration, Visualization, and Dashboarding: Compile datasets and develop dashboards that help the team monitor website and digital marketing campaign performance.
- Business Performance: Monitor business performance and identify issues and opportunities, as well as recommend optimizations to the site experience using in-house data products, custom reporting, and web analytics tools.
- End User Experience: Optimize end user experience across multiple lines of business to unlock insights and guide the business – Identify, test, and optimize new website product features to provide strategic direction that is driven by data evidence and analytical rigor.
- Data Analysis: Incorporate multiple data sources and methodologies to find opportunities to drive marketing efficiency in our advertising and improve the customer experience to acquire valuable customers and promote repeat shopping behavior.
- Testing: Design and execute a/b/n tests to optimize marketing investments, analyze results, and provide insightful recommendations to the business.
- Problem Solving: Develop creative approaches to solving problems by partnering with versatile, multi-functional team members who come to the table with different perspectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required.
- Two (2) years of analytics or digital analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics) experience required.
- Ability and strong desire to think analytically, to be able to identify and solve problems through data analysis
- Strong attention to information details, metrics validation, report formatting, and accuracy is mandatory
- Successful organization skills and ability to execute effectively on assigned workload
- Confident, clear, effective communication - both internal teams and client-side
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to function effectively under pressure (continually maintains a professional demeanor)
- A team player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-centric
- SQL experience required (MSSQL, Oracle SQL, Big Query SQL)
- Experience in statistical software suites (R, Python, SAS) – Nice to have
- Able to analyze large sets of raw data, draw conclusions and relationships and develop actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience-using formulas, pivot tables etc.
- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
- GA4 experience heavily preferred
- One (1) year Digital Reporting experience using visualization reporting tools such as, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or Domo
- One (1) year of experience with A/B Testing & Personalization Testing experience, with tools such as Adobe Target/Google Optimize, Maxymiser, or Optimizely, preferred
- One (1) year of eCommerce analytics experience, required.
- One (1) year of experience in working with Clickstream data in Google BigQuery or other data warehouse solutions like AWS or Snowflake.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
