PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
At Travel + Leisure our vision is to put the world on vacation, in your position as the Reservations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of service in managing and cross checking reservations between Opera, IRIS, Merlin, SiteMinder, TARS and OTA Extranets, as well as processing payments and liaising with guests

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
Manually book/amend/cancel/manage reservations between multiple systems including but not limited to Opera, IRIS, SiteMinder, Merlin, TARS and OTA Extranets and cross check between each system
Take and chase reservation payments
Reply to any customer enquiries and feedback
Must be knowledgeable of all rates, room types and product
Accurate preparation, analysis and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports
Assist where required, in balancing inventory between multiple systems including but not limited to Opera, IRIS, SiteMinder, Merlin and TARS
In the future, be able to take and make direct bookings
Attend relevant training as required in relation to the role
Carry out other tasks as may reasonably be requested by the Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst, Director of Revenue & Distribution and other supporting roles where necessary
Report any unsafe practices, incidents or accidents on the appropriate forms to the OH&S Consultant immediately

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
Ability to work with other divisions & managers within the company
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally & in writing
Exceptional attention to detail
An understanding of the Hospitality and Property Industries (preferred Hotel experience)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent time management, organization & presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to work full time based out of our Bali office.

Ability to work closely with other Revenue, Distribution and Inventory team members located in the same or other offices
