Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and other engineering-related issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Monitor the performance of equipment and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist with installation, renovation, and improvement projects as required.
• Record maintenance activities and complete work orders accurately.
• Support emergency repairs and operational requirements when needed.
