The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be a representative for the Panorama Travel Solutions brand representing the EME market.  This individual will be responsible for owning and delivering on revenue targets for the market.

We are looking for an independent, high calibre candidate who will be accountable for the development of the B2B partnerships landscape to optimize the partnership values and to create win-win opportunities for our partners and customers.

The incumbent will demonstrate functional, technical, strategic thinking and sales skills in managing and developing the business relationships with new and existing affiliates/partners.

Travel will be required as needed to manage the business and partners effectively.  The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be expected to participate in regional and national industry events as well as corporate and sale pitch meetings.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire New Partnerships for PTS line of business.

  • Identify new strategic partners in EME to support region growth strategies and objectives
  • Manage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing such partnerships (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up).

Partnership Management for new and existing partners.

  • Build a strong relationship with business partners & executive teams to increase commercial collaboration opportunities.

Product Management & Development

  • Manage and develop PTS value proposition for EME.
  • Enhance solutions on offer to support the regional market in line with partner opportunities relevant to the region
  • Define processes in relation to new business and implementation

Internal stakeholders

  • Ensure all partnerships deals are communicated effectively to internal teams to ensure follow through on partners needs
  • Work with internal team to create solid partnership plan to drive development and expansion
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology and handle technical discussions leading to the successful execution of the programs and solutions offered to the partners.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

University Degree.

Highly experienced with Strategic Sales and Management in B2B digital partnerships.

100% fluency in written and spoken English, plus fluency in spoken French or German is advantageous.

High level business acumen with the ability to think strategically.

Demonstrated management experience, well developed leadership.

The ideal candidate will have critical connections and strong relationships with decision makers with key sectors/partners with loyalty/subscription/membership programs.  (I.e. Finance Insurance, Retail, Media, Affinity groups, DTC Subscriptions, and more)c  

Excellent Interpersonal Skills. The ability to quickly adapt to any situation, to be accepted by and interrelate with colleagues at all levels. Someone who can share his or her point of view in a confident manner without being overbearing or dogmatic.

Hands-On Orientation.  Someone prepared to be thoroughly involved in the details of the business negotiation as it develops in order to address quickly the numerous problems and issues that will surface on a daily basis.  Someone who can go with the flow and remain both professional and calm.

Outstanding Integrity.  A thoroughly honest and forthright individual who is upfront and direct with subordinates, peers and management executives to whom he/she reports.

Entrepreneurial orientation.  The ability to drive change in a flexible, adaptive manner with respect for the present.  Demonstrates high degree of initiative, creativity and risk orientation.

A strong intellect and an ability to absorb input from multiple external and internal constituencies and translate into effective and actionable marketing initiatives.
