Our Stock Plan Administration Manager will be responsible for the analysis and administration of the Travel + Leisure Co stock compensation program and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Support the design, development, implementation and administration of Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) components including Restricted Stock, Performance Shares and Stock Options. Partner with internal departments with regard to coordinating tax impact of awards, fulfillment of internal and external reporting and recordkeeping requirements.  Develop and distribute statements for members of the Board of Directors showing a consolidated view of each member’s Deferred and Equity Compensation. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, implementing controls as required.  Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with HR, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll and Benefits.  Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Essential Job Functions:

  • On-going audits of data for accuracy including compliance
  • Ensure LTIP recommendations are verified, proper authorization is received from Board meeting and final awards loaded into vendor database.
  • Oversee regular vesting process and other changes to grant status.
  • Prepare and reconcile Grant Report, Exercise Report, Cancellation Report and Options Outstanding Report
  • Vendor management.  Work in conjunction with service providers to resolve employee issues.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and HR inquiries
  • Prepare Board of Director statements
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and assists with projects as needed including plan design changes and program communications, award documents, etc.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan administration

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a focus on Human Resources or accounting/finance
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in benefits or Finance
  • Proven track record for demonstrating effective teamwork a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills, including demonstrated ability to: problem solve, communicate effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office applications, web-enabled HR information systems and employee self-service applications
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong customer service and client focus with outstanding judgment
