We are dreamers and doers here at Travel + Leisure, the world’s largest vacation ownership company and now is the best time to join us. We are looking for a Senior Designer, User Experience (UX) at our corporate offices in Orlando, FL and we have a few questions for you.

Can you actively engage, thoughtfully consider, and consistently deliver designs that will delight our customers? Do you want to work on a multi-disciplinary team, focused on digital products that help families make a lifetime of memories?

If you can answer “Yes” to these questions we would like to speak with you.

This person will understand user experience design comprises interaction design, visual styling, and the consistent and appropriate use of voice and tone. They will be able to conceptualize, test designs, measure the response, and recommend direction based on feedback to deliver a design that supports a delightful customer experience.

The successful candidate will also possess a cross-discipline skillset that can translate business requirements into actionable research that will inform both strategic and tactical execution of the design process. They will have a clear understanding of user experience methodologies and ensuring the work produced is useable, intuitive, intelligent, and accessible.
