1.     接听客人预订或咨询电话，审核客人资质

  2.     协助合作商，供应商及相关渠道完成客人的酒店预订

  3.     严格按照预订流程及标准操作流程完成订单

  4.     接收供应商提供的预订申请，录入系统，发送产品券及预订确认信

  5.     积极地融入团队并以专业的工作态度配合团队共同实现公司及部门目标

  6.     遵守公司各项规章制度

  7.     确保服务质量

  8.     实现内部及外部良好合作及沟通

  9.     根据直属经理的要求完成其部署的各项工作

 10.    遵守所有相关工作场所健康和安全政策流程，确保自身安全，以及工作场所内可能会被你影响到的其他人员的安全

 11.    正直诚信且有责任心，高效且高质量完成工作

 

主要岗位标准：

  1.客服经验者优先考虑

  2. 工作认真负责，有客服意识，能耐心的解答客户的问题。

  3. 声音亲切，普通话标准，有自信。

  4. 有较强的团队合作精神。

  5. 具备基本的英语书面表达能力
