In this role you will be providing phone and ticket support on the Service Desk to our 1,700 + staff and performing tasks assigned from the Service Desk to meet the needs of all business units ensuring excellence in client satisfaction and resolution.
This is a Windows 2008 Forest with multiple Domains running on an Ethernet Network containing approx 800 networked devices, 20+ remote sites and spread across 4 countries and 4 time zones.
