The Senior Designer of Digital Growth plays an essential role in achieving these objectives, designed for an individual who combines creative vision with technical expertise in digital asset creation and copywriting. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge design tools and digital marketing strategies to develop compelling, data-driven campaigns that engage audiences and drive conversions.

As a pivotal member of the Growth Team, the Senior Designer focuses on the dynamics of user engagement, utilizing their expertise in creating digital assets and persuasive copy alongside their analytical skills and a nuanced understanding of user experience. This professional is tasked with devising strategies to enhance our online visibility and cultivate meaningful interactions with our audience. The role goes beyond traditional design tasks—it involves crafting narratives and solving problems through technology, aimed at driving significant growth for our brand through innovative and effective digital experiences.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields, information technology, web design, marketing
  • Advanced Design Skills: Expertise in graphic design tools and software, with a strong ability to create visually appealing digital assets that engage and convert audiences.
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX): Deep knowledge of UX principles to enhance the usability and effectiveness of digital interfaces, ensuring a positive user interaction.
  • Copywriting Proficiency: Skilled in crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences, aligns with brand voice, and achieves marketing objectives.
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and product managers, to align design strategies with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Design Approach: Ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions, optimizing campaigns for better performance and increased engagement.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Channels and Strategies: Familiarity with various digital marketing channels (social media, email, web) and strategies to integrate design effectively into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure every element of a design aligns with the overall vision and meets high-quality standards.
  • Trend Awareness: Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory guidelines affecting digital content, such as ADA compliance and copyright laws, to ensure all designs meet legal standards.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in using advanced design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other visual design tools for creating high-quality visuals and user interfaces.
  • Web Development Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with web development teams and make informed design decisions for web-based projects.
  • Responsive Design Techniques: Skills in designing flexible and responsive visuals that ensure optimal viewing across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Ability to use tools like Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, and Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes that guide the development of user-friendly interfaces.
  • Typography and Color Theory: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition to create aesthetically pleasing and effective designs.
  • Digital Asset Management: Knowledge of managing digital assets to ensure their optimal use across multiple platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • SEO Principles for Design: Awareness of SEO best practices that influence design decisions, ensuring that digital designs are optimized for search engines.
  • Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Skills in motion graphics and using video editing software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to create dynamic visuals and enhance digital storytelling.
  • UX/UI Design Tools: Proficiency in UX/UI design tools and methodologies to improve the usability and effectiveness of digital products.
  • Analytics Tools Familiarity: Competence in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to gather and interpret data, guiding the optimization of design strategies based on user behavior and feedback.
  • 6+ years of work experience in a designer role.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
