Wyndham Destinations is seeking a Senior Account Servicing Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a hybrid position, 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.
The Account Management and Servicing Operations team resolves complicated issues on loan and dues accounts for Club Wyndham, Worldmark by Wyndham (WBW), Shell and Fixed Week. They service over 1.2M owners. The team provides account information to owners and business partners including both internal and external auditors. The Servicing team resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing those solutions; and escalating unresolved problems. This position has 60 different functions that they must learn and become proficient. As the senior specialist, this position must demonstrate leadership skills through exemplification of leadership traits, leading team meetings, receiving and providing feedback, self-accountability and peer accountability.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fulfills specialized, complex requests by clarifying desired information and carrying out transaction and information requests.
Researches and explores answers and alternative solutions from numerous sources including escalated and audit issues.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing complicated information requests.
Maintains superb service by monitoring and updating standards, advising leadership of potential problems
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential in accordance with WVO PCI and PII guidelines
Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related requests as needed
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Education
High School diploma or GED Equivalent (some college preferred)
Knowledge and skills
Must possess excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
Ability to be extremely detailed, accurate and thorough
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deadline conscious with strong drive, energy level and initiative
Have a good understanding of Six Sigma Process Excellence or process improvement skills
Technical Skills
Advanced PC skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Job Experience
4-5 years general office experience
2 years customer service experience
Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
