How You'll Shine
Effectively source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process.
Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
Conduct in-person first round interviews to find the right fit for sales, marketing and business operations candidates
Partner with and maintain a good working relationship with existing Site Recruiter, Coordinator, Trainer, HR, Business Operations and Sales/Marketing Leaders
Learn, follow and ensure the regional recruiting process is being followed at site
Partner with other recruiters to share best practices and maintain region-wide objectives.
Consistently document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics on all programs for area/site statistical analysis.
Manage the site's sales and marketing hiring process within the scope of responsibility, coaching hiring managers when needed.
Develop a yearly recruiting action plan at the beginning of each year and adjust monthly as needed.
Build the site's brand recruitment advertising & sourcing by setting standards and developing creative visual collateral.
Develop a consistent and creative flow of well-negotiated site-specific sourcing options including career events, job fairs, networking events, etc.
Work closely with hiring managers and trainers to ensure corporate and site sales hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified.
Actively participate in site's recruiting networking projects for contributing and collecting best practices for distribution to all sites.
Attend sales & marketing morning meetings on a weekly basis to establish a recruiting presence, build relationships and/or share recent employee referral payouts
What You'll Bring
3-5+ years full cycle recruiting and/or sales experience
Demonstrated experience successfully partnering with business leaders
Able to manage multiple recruitment plans and assignments in a fast-paced environment
Must be proactive, creative and able to take control of various situations independently as they arise
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to be objective by evaluating situations
Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels including executive
Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organization skills
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressure
Advanced PC skills in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferred
Proficiency utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
Experience creating and executing on sourcing plans to attract and identify passive candidates is preferred
