The Sales Developer will empower our teams with the tools, resources, content, and training needed to drive revenue, performance and productivity. This role will bridge the gap between the contact center, marketing, and business development while working with other business units as needed to ensure both travel guides, representatives, specialists and leadership are equipped to meet both sales and service targets.

This role will be responsible for analyzing/auditing statistics and performance to develop action plans or development plans where needed. The Developer will be responsible for providing reporting and feedback of findings with the Contact Center Leadership teams.


As new Supervisors are hired, the Developer will be responsible for partnering with the department leaders on new supervisor onboarding and training processes. The Developer will also partner with the department leaders on the creation of coaching and development plans to ensure the right level of training, mentoring and development is happening between associates and their leadership.

How You'll Shine:

  • Design onboarding and continuous training programs to enhance sales effectiveness (40% time)

  • Track team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement (20% time)

  • Responsible for assisting leaders identify and then create residual training opportunities using statistics, revenue goals, and monitoring. (30% time)

  • Relay insights and challenges back to leadership and other functional teams (10% time)

  • Manage projects as needed (ad-hoc)


Travel Requirements

  • Estimated 10% travel – domestic and potential international travel may be required.


What You'll Bring:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education.


Training Requirements

  • N/A


Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and modern sales methodologies

  • Excellent communication and content creation skills

  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce)

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office

  • Basic Salesforce

  • CXOne preferred but not required


Job Experience

  • 2+ years in sales development/enablement, sales operations, or a similar function


Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
