Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Wyndham Destinations brand
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective clients
  • Conduct in-person vacation sales presentations to pre-qualified clients (all leads provided)
  • Articulate the benefit of traveling as a VIP level status owner with Wyndham Destinations
  • Entice owners to upgrade their current vacation package by presenting Wyndham's VIP level owner benefits
  • Provide showing/tour of Wyndham's La Belle Maison Resort and/or Avenue Plaza Resort
  • Provide knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product
  • Adhere to Wyndham's sales pitch and process while tailoring the presentation to meet each prospective client's needs and wants
  • Provide follow up with clients to increase owner satisfaction
  • Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ Years Sales Experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Must be commission driven and money motivated
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: rapport building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale
  • Professional appearance
